Electrical layout for measuring rotational speed

Two sensor layouts are described for determining the rotational speed of a component, in particular of a vehicle wheel. Said layouts are designed in such a way that in addition to the rotational speed it is also possible to obtain the direction of rotation from the sensor signal. This requires a change to be made to only a few markings on the marker wheel of the sensor in order to evaluate the effects produced thereby so as to detect the sense of rotation.
