PURPOSE:To confirm which parts are troubled in a short time and to save the maintenance time of service by outputting service call frequency and service call ratio per sort on a copy sheet at a time. CONSTITUTION:Electric charges are selectively left on a drum by an electric charge erasing means 7a, and solid images corresponding to the service call frequency which is written in a nonvolatile memory are formed on the drum to be transferred to a transfer sheet 18 in which items are specified. Accordingly, the service call frequency and the service call ratio per sort are outputted on the copy sheet at a time. Thereby, which parts are troubled is confirmed in a short time and the maintenance time of a serviceman can be saved. |
