摘要 PURPOSE:To improve voltage fluctuation by providing a bypass circuit whose one end is connected to the drain of a pair of input differential transistor to which a load transistor is connected and whose other end is connected to the drain of a transistor for current mirror. CONSTITUTION:The bypass circuit 5 is constituted of a resistor R2 and a capacitor C2 connected in series between the connection node of the drain of the input differential transistor M1 and the gate of the load transistor M3 and the connection node of the drain of the transistor M8 for the current mirror and a constant current source I1. When a noise is superposed on a source voltage VDD and the voltage fluctuates, the voltages at the gate and the drain of the load transistor M4 fluctuates similarly, and no change occurs in the voltage between the gate and the source of a driving transistor M6. Furthermore, a current flows on a bias circuit 4 via the capacitor C2 and the current is injected to a differential input stage 1 and an output stage 2 by a current mirror circuit via constant current transistors M5 and M7, thereby, the voltage fluctuation at an output terminal OUT can be suppressed.
