PURPOSE:To prevent a bus managing right from being centralized by applying a permitting signal on the use of the bus to respective bus using devices sequentially from the bus using device having the larger number of effective request signals of the bus using devices whose request signal is effective. CONSTITUTION:The request signals RQ0-RQn on the use of the bus are impressed to a request signal sampling part 2 and a request signal frequency detecting part 3. In the request signal frequency detecting part 3, the number of the effective request signals in the prescribed number of immediately preceding samplings is constantly stored and a permitting signal generating part 4 sequentially applies the permitting signals AC0-ACn on the use of the bus to the respective bus using devices from the larger number of the effective request signals stored of the bus using devices in which the request signal sampled in the request signal sampling part 2 is effective. |
