PURPOSE:To prevent completely being out of gear by forming at a main body at predetermined pitches a plurality of teeth having regular tooth thickness and teeth having thinner tooth thickness, and at the same time, providing a regularly thick formed tooth at every predetermined number of teeth having thinner tooth thickness. CONSTITUTION:An involute spline 11 formed at the outer perimeter of a synchrohub 8 is formed with teeth 8a, each of which is placed at every predetermined number of teeth, whose tooth thickness is formed in a predetermined tooth thickness E and on the other hand, is formed with other teeth 8b whose tooth thickness e is comparatively thinner than tooth thickness E. Also, all the inner teeth of a sleeve meshing with the involute spline 11 are formed with a tooth groove equivalent to the predetermined tooth thickness E. As a result, the surface pressure of a tooth 8b is borne by a tooth 8a, and the surface pressure between each tooth 8a having tooth thickness E forming the involute spline 11 and each tooth of the sleeve meshing with it is improved, and the meshing is done strongly and firmly. As a result, this tooth space is slid and the dismeshing of the tooth of the sleeve and a synchrogear is prevented. |
