PURPOSE:To average diagnosis execution during parallel diagnosis operation and to shorten a test time by setting a high executing order to a device whose operating time is low and a low executing order to a device whose operating time is high and executing diagnosis from the device of a high order. CONSTITUTION:When a test package to a diagnosed device, in which input and output interruption is generated, is a TP-5, and the TP-5 is removed from a wait link table to be connected before a processing in the order of TP-1, TP-2, TP-5 and TP-10, and the arrangement of TP-1, TP-2 and TP-10 is obtained. The TP-5 is alternatively set to a ready link. This ready link table has hierarchy structure by level and it is set to respective ready tables to be determined per test package. For example, in case of a level 14, the TP-5 is set next to a TP-18. |
