PURPOSE:To readily obtain the titled composition having a high impact strength and improved hygroscopicity without deteriorating heat resistance, by melt blending a specific ethylenic copolymer composition with a polyamide resin. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition obtained by melt blending (A) 1-100wt.% grafted precursor prepared by adding (iii) a vinyl monomer, (iv) a radically (co)polymerizable organic peroxide and (v) a radical polymerization initiator to an aqueous suspension of an ethylenic copolymer consisting of (i) an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid (alkyl ester) copolymer (metallic salt) and/or (ii) ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer, impregnating >=50wt.% components (ii)-(v) into the component (i) and copolymerizing the components (ii)-(iv) onto the component (i), (B) 0-99wt.% ethylenic copolymer of the component (i), (C) 0-99wt.% vinyl based (co)polymer (D) a polyamide based resin. |
