PURPOSE: To provide the subject sauce without the quality decline of the sauce by supplying the sauce by a pump, turning the sauce to a flow in a thin layer shape, heating and sterilizing it in a heating processing station, then cooling it, filling it in a sterilized container in a container filling station and sealing it. CONSTITUTION: A container 21 with wheels containing the ingredients of the sauce is lifted by an elevator 2 and the contents are transferred to a mixing/ preheating tank 4, mixed, preheated, then sent to a tank 7 by the pump 5, heated and stirred. Then, the contents are turned to the continuous flow in the thin layer shape, heated and sterilized in the heating part 10a of the heating processing station 10, then cooled in a cooling part 10c and continuously sent to a sterile container filling station through the tank 11. Low-temperature sauce is filled in the container in a pouring part 15 by using the container and a lid sterilized beforehand in a sterilization tunnel 14, the container is sealed by the lid in a lid attaching part 16 and washed in a washing tunnel 18, and thus, the sauce put in the sealed container is obtained. |
