APPARATUS FOR SCHEDULED PRODUCTION PLANNING OF PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBER AND METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a device and a method to establish a product schedule plan for a precast concrete member. According to the present invention, the device comprises: a data collecting part receiving and arranging production information data of a precast concrete member; a member calculating part rearranging the data in accordance with production schedules by member, calculated considering a production deadline by member and a quantity by member which are included in the arranged data; a similar member group calculating part grouping the data rearranged in accordance with production schedules by similar member group, calculated considering the production schedules by member and the quantity by member which are included in the rearranged data; a mold combination part calculating a mold combination considering production schedules by group, included in the grouped data; and a mold combination determining part determining an optimal mold combination, matched with a preset condition, among calculated mold combinations. According to the present invention, in regard to a precast concrete member, produced based on an order, the present invention is capable of enabling efficient production of the member and complying with schedules of assembly in the site.
