FIELD: fat and oil industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and fat industry and can be used for producing low-acidized vegetable oils with a preset fatty acid composition from oil crops seeds of different varieties. Method for production of vegetable oils with a preset fatty acid composition characterized by determination of fatty acid composition of initial oil crop seeds, initial calculation of amount of each grade seeds, dosing the seeds as per the initial calculation, mixing of the seeds, pressing the mixture of seeds, filtration of oil, determination of fatty acid composition of the oil, specified calculation of amount of each grade seeds as per the system of equations:where n is the amount of extracted oil; x- content of the target component in the i-grade,%; y- content of the target component in the j-grade,%; l- mass fraction of i(j)-grade in the mixture; k- kinetic coefficient of selectivity of extraction of the i-target component from the j-grade; k- kinetic coefficient of selectivity of extraction of the j-target component from the i-grade; K is the required ratio of fatty acids content, seeds mixing as per the specified calculation, pressing, determination of the fatty acid composition and packing the obtained oil.EFFECT: invention enables to obtain vegetable oils of a specified fatty acid composition of high quality in terms of peroxide and acid numbers with actual ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids with less deviation from the rated one and extended safe storage life of the oil.1 cl, 2 tbl, 1 ex |
