FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology. U-shaped incision is performed after removing the implant or expander, in the lower part of the inner surface of the capsule, preserving its attachment at the wound edge in the form of a strip that is 1.5 cm wide and does not reach the wound edge. Capsule is separated over the subcutaneous tissue; endoprosthesis is implanted. Capsule flap is turned into the wound over the implant. Free edge of the capsular flap is sutured with uninterrupted suture to the capsule of the opposite side, going 1.5 cm beyond the wound edge, subcutaneous fat and skin are sutured.EFFECT: method enables prevention of primary or repeated silicone implant extrusion, preserving the anatomy and function of adjacent muscles, allows to reduce time and operative injuries of the surgery and reduce volume of blood loss.1 cl, 6 dwg, 2 ex |
