To provide a device for mounting marking dies on injection moulds or compression moulds, a recess which is open towards the mould cavity being formed in a plate of the mould, into which recess the die can be inserted so as to be approximately flush with the plate plane and from which the die can be pushed out towards the mould cavity by means of a plunger penetrating the plate, in which device the die exchange is very easy and can be carried out without removing the mould plate of the mould, it is proposed that the plunger (4) is displaceable longitudinally by means of an eccentric (8) mounted on the plate (1) so as to be rotationally movable and that the eccentric (8) has a mould engagement (10) which extends transversely to the displacement direction of the plunger (4) and is accessible from one lateral surface of the plate (1). <IMAGE>
