摘要 PURPOSE:To remove adhered clinker from the inside wall of a rising flow-path, by raising the temperature of combustion gas discharged from a high temperature furnace bed, in the state that feed of industrial refuse or half-treated matters is stopped or the rate of feed is decreased. CONSTITUTION:The clinker adhered to the inside wall of a rising flow-path 7 can be melted and poured down in such a manner that the feeding speed of carbonaceous combustible matters to a high temperature furnace bed 2 is controlled, as well as to control flow control valves V1 and V2, provided between each feeder port 6 and 9 and a blower 15, in the state that feed of industrial refuse or half-treated matters to the high temperature furnace bed 2 is stopped or the rate of feed is decreased, and combustion gas discharged from the high temperature furnace bed 2 into the rising flow-path 7 is burnt for about 30min up to one hour, in the state that the temperature of combustion gas comes up to the melting point (1,000 deg.C-1,210 deg.C) plus about from 50 deg.C to 100 deg.C of the clinker adhered to the inside wall of a rising flow-path 7.
