<p>PURPOSE:To around curved sections easily, by arranging stators at straight sections and curved sections of a transit path while forming notched sections at the opposite end sections on the counter-carrier side of a moving unit. CONSTITUTION:Stators 10a-10c of a linear motor are arranged respectively at a lower horizontal straight section 1, a lower curved section 2, a vertical straight section 11, an upper curved section 4 and an upper horizontal straight section 5 constituting a transit path 6. The stators 10a-10c comprise a pair of laminated cores 15a, a holding body 16a and a slit 17a. A moving unit 9 of linear motor is fixed in central section of a fixing plate 12 for a carrier 8. Furthermore, notches 9a, 9b are formed at both end corner sections at the counter-carrier side of the moving unit 9 in order to suppress bulging of locus at both end sections of the moving unit 9 when it travels through the lower curved section 2.</p> |
