PURPOSE:To enable the direction and the distance of sound source to be detected with a simple constitution by detecting the respective output level ratio of at least three microphones. CONSTITUTION:A voice signal outputted from the microphone 1 is supplied to an amplifier 11 and supplied to a detector 14 through a band filter 12 and an effective value circuit 13. A logarithmic amplifier 15 outputs the logarithm of the detection output. For the microphones 2 and 3, the similar processing is executed. The output of subtracters 26 and 36 is made to be the detection output ratio E2/E1 and E3/E1 of a second and a third detectors 24 and 34 for the reference detection output of the first detector 14. Thus the output is supplied to a computer 51 and compared with a table stored in an ROM52 and the direction and the distance of the voice source is obtained. |
