PURPOSE:To ease operation and to attain a cost-down by linking the locking mechanism of a removing lever of an IC card to be provided to the one side of a carriage and an IC card holding arm. CONSTITUTION:When an IC card 3 is inserted from an inserting port 4 of an IC card reader, the card is adsorbed to the inside of a case 1 by the turning of a pressing piece 7, which is provided in the rear direction of a carriage 15, and an IC card holding arm 9. AFter that,the carriage 15 and a chassis 16 desends and automatically is set to a fixed position so that the IC card 3 can be read and written. After the data of the IC card 3 are read, when the tip of a removing lever 21 is pressed, the carriage 15 and the chassis 16 rise. Then, by the pressing of a pin 8 of the pressing piece 7, the IC card 3 is ejected from the inserting port 4 to an external part. |
