PURPOSE:To attain proper cooking temperature quickly by adding the product of specified time and the rate of change of the sensed temperature from a temperature sensing part, thereupon calculating the predicted temperature comparing it with the set temperature, determining the heating output, and then emitting a control signal. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer is incorporated in a control circuit 7 and fed with the setting temp. set on a temperature setting part 6 and the sensed temperature sensed by a temperature sensing part 5, followed by conversion, calculation, and determination of the heating output, and then a command is given to a frequency converting circuit 8, and a pan 1 and oil 2 are heated by induction heating with a heating coil 4. That is, when objects to be cooked are less and the rate of temperature rise is great, the sensed temperature is considerably low, but the predicted temperature is calculated high because the rate of temperature rise is great, and thus the heating output is controlled, and the objects are prevented from getting excessive high temperature. When objects to be cooked are much and the rate of temperature rise is small, the set temperature is attained quickly. Thus proper heating output is obtained automatically at all times. |
