A compsn. comprises (1) 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin, (2) 0.005-0.3 pts.wt. of a fatty acid ester of polybasic alcohol, and (3) a prescribed amt. of a block inhibiting agent. - (i) The vinyl chloride resin includes vinyl chloride homopolymer, vinyl chloride copolymer contg. 50 wt.% or more of vinyl chloride. (ii) The fatty acid ester of polybasic alcohol is obtd. with esterification of a part or whole of OH of polybasic alcohol (e.g. ethylene glycol, 1-2-propyleneglycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, etc.) with a fatty acid (e.g. caproic acid, lauric acid, myristic acid or linoleic acid). (iii) The block inhibiting agent is silica, talc, hydrotalcite, barium carbonate, barium hydroxide, calcium stearate, barium stearate and/or zinc stearate.
