<p>The system has a cassette film, multiple lens system, lighting and projection systems, projection screen, and reflectors for shortening the projection path between film and screen. The optical system consists of a number of lenses (22) each viewing a part of the film (16) and distributed over the width of the film but separated from each other. Each lens (22) corresponds to a part of the film width, (Wm), the optical axes of the lenses being perpendicular to the plan of the film section projector and lamp are situated near to the lenses so that the light projected is in the form of cones passing first through the parts of the film near the lenses and then through the lenses themselves.</p> |
