PURPOSE:To recover individually formed ceramic calcined materials by preparing a spacer layer, bonding treated and having bonding and fixing force of a ceramic sheet and also containing a heat-resistant space retaining material, insoluble and remaining at the time of calcining ceramic, and treating the heat- resistant space retaining material with a high molecular film preparing material. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic fixing sheet is constituted of a sheet having a spacer layer on a combustible leaf material, and its spacer layer is bonding treated and having bonding and fixing force of a ceramic sheet and contains a heat- resistant space retaining material, insoluble and remaining at the time of calcining ceramic, and also the heat-resistant space retaining material is treated with a high molecular film preparing material. As said ceramic fixing sheet can prevent a ceramic calcined material from bonding with a calcining bed or other calcined material by having the heat-resistant space retaining material remaining at the time of calcination and ceramic calcined materials can be recovered individually, ceramic pieces, cut and formed, can be calcined in the bonding fixed state without being peeled off. |
