PURPOSE:To produce a cake pastry in high efficiency at a low cost, by intermittently rotating a plurality of steaming and kneading machine in a rotary manner relative to a mixing machine and a rolling machine, successively receiving the mixed material, kneading the material together with stem and delivering the kneaded product to a rolling machine. CONSTITUTION:A rotary apparatus 5 having a freely rotatable disk-shaped table 8 is placed on a floor. A plurality of steaming and kneading machines 16 are fixed on the table 8 with specific intervals. A mixing machine 6 and a rolling machine 3 are placed at the side of the rotary apparatus 5 keeping a specific space therebetween. A main raw material comprising wheat flour is supplied together with a subsidiary raw material and water to the mixing machine 6 and mixed under stirring. At the same time, the table 8 is intermittently rotated and the mixture mixed in the mixing machine 6 is successively supplied to a steaming and kneading machine 16 and gelatinized by kneading under introduction of steam. The gelatinized material is delivered to the rolling machine 3 at a prescribed position, rolled and aged to obtain the objective cake pastry. |
