PURPOSE:To enhance critical current density on an oxide superconductive material by retaining the oxide superconductive material under the critical temperature of the oxide superconductive material and applying magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:The powder of an oxide superconductive material is retained under the critical temperature and press molded while magnetic field is applied when the oxide superconductive material is manufactured. The basic crystal structure of the oxide superconductive material is perovskite-type structure and its crystal structure is varied according to the state of shortage of oxygen contained therein. The oxygen shortage type perovskite is of a laminar structure, and the passage of electric current is in parallel with the layer. The powder of the oxide superconductive material is retained under the critical temperature and in the superconductive state, and shield current magnetic flux is flowed in the powder particles when the magnetic field is applied. Said shield current is also flowed in the passage in parallel with the layer. As the powder particles are of multi-crystals, and the crystal having the largest numbers of layers can be regarded as the crystal orientation, respective particles are arranged vertically to the applied magnetic field. The crystal orientation of particle unit can be arranged by pressing. |
