PURPOSE:To avoid an event such as disabled transmission of a control signal by intermodulation wave by calculating the intermodulation distortion caused by an operating calling channel and a retrieved communication channel so as to allocate the intermodulation wave to a control channel. CONSTITUTION:A 1st idle calling channel 4b is retrieved and a 1st idle channel 4b is used, then an intermodulation wave generated by the intermodulation distortion with the 1st idle calling channel causes the frequency equal to the control channel 4a in a 2nd idle calling channel 4c, and the channel 4c is retrieved and when the level of the 2nd idle calling channel 4c is a prescribed reception level or below, the 1st idle calling channel 4b is assigned as an enable calling channel. Only when a channel (retrieved destination channel) generating a frequency equal to he frequency of the control channel 4a due to the intermodulation distortion with the idle channel is idle and the reception level is less than a prescribed value, since an idle channel is used, a defect disabling calling regardless of the idle control channel 4a is avoided. |
