Furthermore, the power is supplied to each loading through the distribution circuit breakers F1-F6. The interlinked circuit breakers B12 and B23 are provided to the secondary bus conductor. At a system automatic switching device 6, one-day's loading variation is previously filed in the loading variation memory section 7, the forecasted value is sent to the operation section 8 at a certain period, the operation of the balance of transformer capacity and loading is performed, a circuit breaker to perform a making/breaking operation is selected, and an on/off control signal is transmitted to each circuit breaker from the output section 9. Accordingly, the burden on an operator is reduced and the system is operated effectively.
