PURPOSE:To improve stability of a photosensitive layer against solution by constituting a photosensitive layer of an optically strippable photosensitive layer comprising a quinone diazide compd. and an amino resin. CONSTITUTION:The planographic plate comprises an optically photosensitive layer consisting of a quinone diazide compd. and an amino resin for the photosensitive layer. Said optically strippable photosensitive layer is one wherein a silicone rubber layer of an exposed part alone is removed by development, and a photosensitive layer of the exposed part forms a printing image part by being laid bare without being substantially dissolved or rubbed off by development. The quinone diazide compd. to be used in the photosensitive layer is usually a quinone diazide compd. used in a positive PS plate, wipe-on plate, photoresist, etc. Suitable amino resin to be used is one which forms a crosslinking structure with a reactive group contained in the quinone diazide compd., for example, OH group. By this constitution, the stability of a photosensitive layer to a solution is improved. |
