A multiple boring head has discs (10-18) which are arranged one behind the other and are provided like a drum tool holder with boring spindles (8) which are directed radially outwards and each have a separate compressed-air drive. The discs (10-18) can be rotated as a unit around a central axis (6) and can be adjusted in their mutual, axial spacing by means of an adjusting shaft (26). <IMAGE>
