PURPOSE:To prevent the drop of a detection section supporting member or the line and maintain the function by providing an elastic body vertically applying the pressing force between a detection section pressed to the back face of a top plate and the detection section supporting member and mounting and fixing the detection section supporting member on a heating coil base. CONSTITUTION:A temperature detecting section is provided on the back face of a top plate 11, and a coil spring 17 is provided between its heat receiver 15 and a detection section supporting member 16 as an elastic body vertically applying the pressing force. The detection section supporting member 16 is mounted on a heating coil base 13 and fixed by fitting screws 18. The weight of the detection section supporting member 16 or the heat receiver 15 and the pressing force by the coil spring 17 are directly applied to the heating coil base 13, thus the fitting screws 18 are rarely loosened. Even if the fitting screws 18 are loosened, the detection section supporting member 16 is invariably pressed by the coil spring 17 in the direction to be held by the heating coil base 13. The drop of the detection section supporting member, detection section, fitting screws or the like can be prevented is the main body during the long-period usage of the main body of a heated cooking utensil. |
