PURPOSE:To decrease the number of processes and, besides, to prevent fraction defective from increase, by a method wherein an end mark printing part is established in a slitter machine, and an end mark is recorded at a specific position of a product. CONSTITUTION:An end mark printing unit established between a paper feed part 3 and a slitting cutter 1 is composed of an impression cylinder 4, a plate cylinder 5, a plate cylinder driving part, a doctor 6, an ink pan comprising a part of an ink circulating system, a dryer 8, etc. The impression cylinder 4 fixes unprinted paper to be slit to the plate cylinder 5 by pressure when printed, by means such as an air cylinder 9, a solenoid, etc. For the unprinted paper supplied from the paper feed part 3, an end mark is firstly printed by a specific length on a specific position by a pressure fixing operation to a plate cylinder 5 of the impression cylinder 4 of the end mark printing unit, and suitable drying is successively performed only to the printed part with the dryer 8. Slitting working is lastly performed with the slitting cutter 1 of a cutting part to manufacture a product. |
