PURPOSE:To shorten the turn-around time of a single job and then to improve the throughput of multiple jobs by performing the dynamic switch of data transfer between a microprocessor and a DMA controller based on the job executing state. CONSTITUTION:A means 3 is used to check the presence or absence of a processing request for another task prior to the start of the data transfer and gives an instruction for the selection of the data transfer between a microprocessor 1 and a DMA controller 4 based on the presence or absence of said task processing request. Based on the selection of the means 3, the dynamic selection is carried out between the microprocessor 1 and the controller 4 for transfer of data. Thus it is possible to shorten the turn-around time of a single job and also to improve the throughput of multiple jobs. |
