PURPOSE:To enable plural wiring and fixing at one time and to make the accuracy in the variances of the angle of installation and sizes uniform, by disposing plural displacement detectors on a wiring substrate and dipping the same in solder. CONSTITUTION:Electrical circuit parts are inserted to a wiring substrate 6, and respective connection terminals are inserted into displacement detectors 1 and are dipped in solder to fix the terminals and parts. A division substrate 6b is divided by a dividing part 6c to separate the substrate 6 and a substrate 7 for displacement detection. A holding member 4 which is fixed at one end 4b to the case 9 of the detector 1, has a thin-walled part 4c acting as a hinge or the like and is adhered and fixed to the substrate 7 is provided. When the substrate 7 is pressed in a direction C, the substrate 7 turns in a direction B at a fulcrum 4C. The displacement transmission part 5b extending from the holding part 4a transmits the displacement to a displacement-electricity conversion part 5a, and the electric signal converted by the same passes connection wires 10a, 10b and is supplied to terminals 3a, 3b which are connection terminals and fixed terminals. |
