PURPOSE:To increase the speed of H-to-L switching and the speed of L-to-H switching by increasing the emitter current of one (other) emitter follower circuit when the logic signal of the other (one) is H. CONSTITUTION:When an output is switched from H (high level) to L (low level), a load is discharged speedily and smoothly by increasing the emitter currents of the emitter follower circuits 2A and 2B. When the output is switched from L to H, on the other hand, the emitter currents of the emitter follower circuits 2A and 2B are decreased to increase a current supplied for charging the load, so that the load is charged smoothly to H. Consequently, the speed of the H-to-L switching and the speed of the L-to-H switching are both improved. |
