PURPOSE:To improve workability and to eliminate the dispersion by the damage of a belt by delivering from a belt pool according to the necessity as well as winding a belt on a roll and executing the bending of a needle with processing a used belt by the other belt pool. CONSTITUTION:A metal belt 13 is drawn from the belt pool 15 wound endlessly, wound on a winding roll 11 and processed by winding the used metal belt 13 on an used belt pool 20. The belt 13 is moved by the pulley 17 for moving the belt and a new metal belt 13 is also fed to the winding roll 11 by delivering in order on each necessary length according to the need. The used metal belt 13 damaged by the bending of a needle material 14 can be disposed by feeding to the used belt pool 20 side without cutting each time.
