PURPOSE:To provide a car restraining device to be specially used for checking parking violations, whereby fitting to a tire is easy, by performing tire grasp and release with a slide part built in a housing the arm to grasp and restrain the tire periphery, and by fitting the operating member of the slide part only during operation. CONSTITUTION:A key 25 is set in to unlock, and a locking plug 24 is removed. A worm 21 is turned with a crank handle 35 to prolong an arm 3 externally, and a bucket 6 is intruded into a wheel housing 4a, following by fitting to a tire in such a way that a display column 17 stands. Then the crank handle 35 is turned reversely, and the arm 3 is drawn into the housing 1, followed by grasping with the bucket 6 so as to bite the periphery of the tire 5a. Then the crank handle 35 is removed, and the plug 24 is inserted, followed by locking with the key 25. This facilitates fitting and removal. |
