<p>PURPOSE:To produce a regenerated asphalt foam having high quality, without using a foaming process, by impregnating a regenerated asphalt foam solution and an organic isocyanate in a polyurethane foam having open cell structure, and curing the impregnant with heat. CONSTITUTION:100pts.(wt.) of a phosphate-type plasticizer is added with >=0.5pts. of an amine-based catalyst, a tin-based catalyst and/or an alkaline substance. Separately, a urethane prepolymer derived from a polyether polyol having an ethylene oxide content of >=15% and an organic isocyanate, is added to an aqueous asphalt emulsion, and foamed to obtain an asphalt foam. <=800pts. of the obtained asphalt foam is added to the above plasticizer solution, and stirred under heating to obtain a regenerated solution (A). 100pts. of a polyurethane foam (B) having open cell structure is impregnated with >=150pts. of the component A and (C) >=5pts. of an organic isocyanate, and the impregnants are cured with heat. The impregnation may be carried out by impregnating a mixture of the components A and C, or by impregnating the component A and then the component C.</p> |
