PURPOSE:To reduce manhour for forming a command specification by automatically outputting a command name, an input format, a function outline, a parameter description, and an error message. CONSTITUTION:A specification designer 2 previously stores a word to be a verb included in a command name in a verb data base 4 and a rule for outputting an error message in an error message output rule 8. Thereafter, input information is monitored by an input monitoring part 3 and a function outline and an error message are automatically outputted respectively from an automatic function outline outputting part 5 and an automatic error message output part 9 and stored in a function outline column 1b and an error message column 1e in the command specification 1. On the other hand, the specification initially formed by the designer 2 is automatically stored in a parameter data base 6, automatically outputted from a 2nd output and automatically stored in a parameter description column 1d in the command specification 1. Since the command specification can be automatically formed after inputted information only at the initial time and the following necessary time, the manhour for forming the specification can be reduced. |
