CONSTITUTION:A taper-state male screw 14 threadedly engaging with a female screw 4 is provided on the end surface 13 of the tip 12 of an electrode 11 connecting with a base end 2 of an electrode 1, and plural threads of a male screw side groove 15, which is at least deeper than the height of a thread ridge, are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the screw 14 in the axis direction. And the screw 14 is insertably formed with a female screw side groove 5, which is at least deeper than the depth of a thread groove so that the screw groove of the screw 4 is made to be left in only the position corresponding to the groove 15, is provided to the screw 4.
