PURPOSE:To improve the gas permeability in raw material layer in a furnace, to smoothly progress reducing reaction, to maintain piling property of the stable raw material layer and descending property in the furnace and to execute stable and high efficient operation by mixing pellet in coke layer. CONSTITUTION:The raw materials mixing the whole or a part of the pellet as one kind of iron raw material in the coke layer at 30 of wt. ratio of the pellet to 100 coke and the iron raw material composing of sintered ore or sintered + pellet are alternately charged in a blast furnace layer by layer. By this method, the gas permeability and utilizing efficiency of reduction gas are improved and also by securing the stable descending material, improvement of the productivity and further stability of the furnace condition can be achieved. |
