PURPOSE:To reduce vibration in the course of an operation, and to reduce abrasion of a bearing, by fitting a moving base to a feed shaft through the bearing, so that the moving base moves along the outside circumference of the feed shaft through the bearing when the feed shaft rotates. CONSTITUTION:An optical pickup 24 is fitted to a moving base 25, and the moving base 25 is provided with a feed member 28 engaged to a spiral groove 29a of a feed shaft 29 supported by a pair of bearings 26, 27. The outside diameter of the groove 29a of the feed shaft 29 is finished coaxially and to the same size, with respect to the outside diameter of the outside circumferential part except the groove 29a, it is made to pass through a pair of bearings 33, 34 and is held freely rotatably, and one end face is supported by a thrust bearing 35. Accordingly, the moving base 25 can move by using the outside circumferential part of the feed shaft 29 being a driving part, as a sliding reference face, therefore, force for pressing the bearings 26, 27 against the feed shaft 29 can be eliminated, and as a result, abrasion of the bearings 26, 27 is reduced, and a smooth movement generating no vibration can be realized. |
