PURPOSE:To increase the magnetic circuit efficiency by constituting an electromagnetic relay with an insulator substrate buried with an armature assembly integrated with an armature, hinge springs, movable contact springs, a coil assembly fitted with an iron core, a permanent magnet, a coil terminal, and an external guide terminal. CONSTITUTION:Movable contact springs 6 with movable contacts 4 and hinge spring sections 5 are arranged on both sides of an armature 3 and integrally fixed by an insulating fixed body 8 with a tilting motion support shaft 7 to constitute an armature assembly. A coil is wound on an iron core assembly 10 buried with a U-shaped iron core 1 and a coil terminal 9, plastic magnets 11 are integrally fixed in both magnetic poles of the iron core 1 to form a coil assembly. An insulator substrate 17 buried with a fixed terminal 13 fixed with a fixed contact 12, a neutral terminal 14, a coil guide terminal 15 and provided with a bearing section 16 to be coupled with the support shaft of the armature assembly on part of the inner wall is formed, the coil assembly is coupled and fixed in this substrate, the coil terminal 9 and the coil guide terminal 15 are connected by soldering or the like, and the hinge spring section 5 and the neutral terminal 14 are fixed to fit the armature assembly. |
