摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the high-speed load responsiveness by providing a cascade control system constituted of a lower adjusting meter controlling a valve based on the flow signal and the target value and a noninterference control device applying the flow target value to this adjusting meter. CONSTITUTION:An adjusting valve 2a and a flow meter 3a are provided on the upstream side of a reformer 1, and an adjusting valve 2b, a flow meter 3b, and a pressure gauge 5 are provided on the upstream side of an FC 4. A noninterference control device 7 inputted with the load signal, the signal of the pressure gauge 5, and the signal of the flow meter 3b and outputting the flow command values to PI adjusting meters 6a, 6b is provided. The PI adjusting meters are inputted with flow signals corresponding to the flow command values and output the opening command values to the valves 2a, 2b. The steam flow is controlled by an adjusting valve 2c and a PI adjusting meter 6c in response to the raw fuel flow to feed the steam necessary for the reforming reaction to the reformer. The pressure and flow of a fuel system can be thereby controlled stably and with the good target value following property.
