PURPOSE:To treat a sufficient amount of plasma using an adsorbing column without clogging a fine particle removing filter even when a platelet is contained in plasma, by arranging a platelet removing filter to the plasma flow passage on the upstream side of the fine particle removing filter. CONSTITUTION:Blood is introduced into a centrifugal type plasma separator 2 from a blood introducing port 1 to be separated into a component rich in a blood corpuscle and a plasma component by centrifugal force. The plasma component is sent to a platelet removing filter 3. Almost all of the platelet contained in plasma is removed and plasma hardly containing platelet is sent to an adsorbing column 4 to adsorb and remove the components to be adsorbed (substances to be adsorbed) in plasma. Subsequently, fine particles are removed by a fine particle removing filter 5 and the treated plasma is mixed with the component rich in a corpuscle separated by the centrifugal type plasma separator 2 to be led out from a blood lead-out port 6. Since plasma hardly containing platelet after platelet is removed by the platelet removing filter 3 flows through the fine particle removing filter 5, the clogging of the fine particle removing filter 5 is not generated. |
