PURPOSE:To increase conductive rate of a polymer layer and improve electric properties by dedoping an electrically laminated conductive polymer film and further redoping it after laminating the doped electrolytic high polymer films of pyrrole, thiophene, aniline or furan on a chemically and oxidatively polymerized conductive polymer film by electrolytic polymerization. CONSTITUTION:After a dielectric oxidation membrane is formed on membrane forming metal, pyrrole, thiophene, aniline or furan is chemically and oxidatively polymerized by the use of oxidizing agent possessing dopant there-on, a doped conductive high polymer membrane is formed and doped electrolytically polymerized membranes of pyrrole, thiophene, aniline or furan are laminated by electrolytic polymerization, and laminating conductive polymer membranes are dedoped and redoped. Aluminum or tantalum is used for membrane forming metal and iodine and bromine is used as oxidizing agent. Conductive polymer films formed by chemical and oxidative polymerization and electrolytic and oxidative polymerization are of polypyrrole. Dedoping and redoping process had better be an electrochemical method. Dopant used for redoping is sulfonic acid anion. |
