PURPOSE: To provide a fiber-filled material hardly causing deformation and uniform in filling density by laminating multiple thin layer webs in which staple fibers are arranged at random vertically to a plane, and mutually integrating these staple fibers through an adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION: Mixed raw fibers are formed by mixing various staple fibers with staple fibers composed of adhesive agents. The mixed raw fibers are worked by an opening and scutching machine and/or carding machine, then sent into a filling chamber 4 together with an air current by a fan 11. The mixed raw fibers are allowed to collide against a shield body 9 (wire net) in a filling chamber, then heaped laminatededly thereon. The heaped web constitutes a new shield body and further, the new mixed raw fibers are heaped thereon. The shield body 9 is retracted from the filling chamber with the lapse of time as the mixed raw fibers are deposited, and the heaped web is guided to a heat treatment chamber 6 as it is, heated to the melting point or above of thermal-fusing resins contained in the mixed raw fibers, fused and integrated. Thus, the short fibers are filled uniformly within the range of less than±0.01 g/cm<2> with respect to the average fiber filling density in the longitudinal direction of the fiber-filled material, and the fibers-filled material has a stripe- shaped pattern structure.
