The fuel chute (11) has a stationary bottom (22) with a number of through slots or gaps extending in the chute direction between successive bottom parts. A scraping unit (20) has scrapers inserted in the slots of the chute bottom. - The scraping unit moves in the longitudinal direction of the bottom and is connected to a drive mechanism (18) for movement backwards and forwards between two end positions. During this movement, the scrapers scrape the top side of the bottom so that fuel is prevented from becoming attached to it, and falls downwards in the chute. |
