PURPOSE:To shield the vibration of an approached press working part, the press vibration of an adjacent place and the vibration of traffic facilities by installing the respective a 1st integral base bottom plate of a press working machine and a 2nd integral of a laser machine on a foundation floor face via the vibration absorbing pad and shim of properly numbered layers. CONSTITUTION:The part relating to a laser machine 9 is installed on a foundation floor level 31 by the vibration absorbing plate 27 and shim 29 in properly numbered layers at properly numbered places via the 2nd base bottom plate 21 that a laser beam oscillator 19 and up to a column 25 are integral. Similarly the main body of a turret punch press 3 and a plate stock holding, moving and positioning device 5 are installed on the foundation floor level 31 by the vibration absorbing plate 27 and shim 29 of properly numbered layers via an integral the 1st base bottom plate 7. Since the 2nd base bottom plate 21 and 1st base bottom plate 7 are equipped with sufficient vibration absorptivity the upper arm 23 of the laser machine 9 can be shortened and arranged at the distance position near the three faces of the right, left and rear part surrounding the main body of the turrent punch press 3. |
