<p>PURPOSE:To enable a chip to be prevented from flying down and adhering to a workpiece, even when cutting is stopped, by providing a dust sucker, which sucks the chip, in the upper of a cutting part and sucking the fine chip, when it flies up, by the dust sucker. CONSTITUTION:Allowing most of the chips, generated by cutting, to flow to the rear by moving an Al drum 1 in the direction of an arrow head B, the chip is accumulated in a dust collecting part 3 arranged in the rear of the moving direction. Most of the chips are accumulated in this dust collecting part 3, but some of the fine chips move flying up. Of the chips flying up, the chip in a part before a cutting part, that is, the chip, flying up to above the cut finished part, is sucked by a dust sucker, and the chip, flying up to the uncut part, is left as it is, dropping down in a short time and adhering to a surface of the Al drum 1, but thereafter cutting and removal of the chip are performed. In this way, product accuracy can be improved while facilitating washing work thereafter.</p> |
