<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the slow-reproduction picture of high fidelity with few screen deflections and noises, by controlling the variable speed of a capstan motor with the change of an undriven time, voltage and driving waveform. CONSTITUTION:The output of an oscillator 131 is inputted to monomulti vibrator 131, and a pulse with a certain length is outputted by the leading edge of the input signal. The length of the output pulse is determined by a monostable multiadjusting volume 132 fitted to the vibrator 131 and the constant of a capaci tor 133. Further, by adjusting with the volume 132, the ratio of an H part to an L part of a pulse train can be changed, and when the L part is made longer, the capstan motor 81 can be rotated at low speed. Thus, by changing the length of the undriven period, voltage and driving wave, the motor 81 can be given further wide variable-control.</p> |
