The laminate consists of two or more sheets of glass which are superimposed and bonded together by a liquid or semi-liquid adhesive substance based on unsatd. polyester resin, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide and xylene. The edges are closed to prevent escape of the adhesive before it is cured. The glass sheets may be previously joined by adhesive tape around the periphery, leaving unstuck stretches for introduction of adhesive and expulsion of air, after which they are sealed for curing.
