发明名称 DIRECT HEATING TYPE HOT-WATER BOILER
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To increase a thermal efficiency by a simple structure and increase the retaining amount of water comparatively, by a method wherein flame is injected directly against the surface of water from the top of a combustion chamber formed by bulkheads arriving at the lower part of water level in a sealed type water drum, thereby making a combustion air duct communicate with the combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION:The surface of water 5 is heated directly by injected flame and combustion gas, generated by the combustion of a burner 15, to increase the temperature of the water gradually. In this case, the pressure on a space in a combustion chamber 3 is increased gradually by the expansion of the combustion gas and the level of the water is pushed down to a water level 5' which coincides with the lower end of bulkheads 2. Under this condition, bulb-type combustion gas enters into the hot-water having a water level 5' and the gas is mixed with the water while exchanging heat; then, the gas gasses through the lower end of the bulkheads 2 and floats through the hot-water in a space 4, is separated from the hot-water at the water level 5'' and is discharged to the outside of a boiler from a chimney through an exhaust tube 7. The water is heated directly by the flame of the burner 15 in such a manner; therefore, the efficiency of the boiler may be improved, the structure of the same is simplified and the retaining amount of water may be increased compared with an occupying area.</p>
