EXAMPLE:(R)-(+)-1-Chloro-6-methyl-5-hepten-2-ol. USE:A synthetic intermediate for drugs, agricultural chemicals, other preformed chemical mediators and ferroelectric liquid crystal materials. PREPARATION:Optically active epichlorohydrin shown by formula II is treated with a hydrogen nucleophilic substance or carbon nucleophilic substance preferably in the presence of a cuprous compound to give a compound shown by formula I. |
